Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday! And once again I get the fun of making food for Thanksgiving. This year I am making eight dishes. One appetizer, three sides, and four desserts.
I felt motivated to begin on Tuesday night instead of doing it all on Wednesday afternoon and evening. I was able to make four of the dishes which is great. Wednesday should be a breeze now.
I made:
Cranberry Sauce (with orange zest and juice)
Applesauce
Avalanche Cookies
Pumpkin Gooey Butter Cake
We have a half day on Wednesday, along with a snow storm, so I'll start cooking the rest when I make it home. Let the fun begin!
