Slow Cooker Sweet Potato, Chicken and Quinoa Soup

Last week I made this for dinner.  I put extra broth and extra black beans.  I also put it on at 6:30am on low and left it for 7 hours.  It switched to "keep it warm" after that for another 4.5 hours, and it was fine, but that's why I always put extra broth.

Everyone seemed to like it.  They all wanted in their lunches the next day which means it's a hit.  I didn't actually have any because I got home late, but it definitely made enough for me to freeze it for another meal.
