Baked Ziti

Tuesday night we had a little extra time while Sam and Amelia were at soccer, so we set the table with our china, lit the candles, and had sparkling cider ready to pour into the wine glasses.

I also made this:  Old School Baked Ziti I used sausage as the meat.

It was delicious, but the dimming of the lights and the elegant atmosphere meant that my children ate it also without complaint.  We'll have to try that more often.
