I made this on Saturday and Sam said it was the best quiche he has ever had, and not just because he is not normally a fan of quiche. :)
Chorizo and Goat Cheese Quiche
I used ground mild italian sausage, no oil, and regular milk. It was delicious. I was hoping to have it for lunches this week but there isn't any left.
