I also made Lemony Lemon Brownies for a cookout.  No chocolate involved, just delicious lemoniness.

For dinner one night I made Cheesecake Factory Avocado Rolls  I have never fried any food in my life.  I hate the thought of oil splattering all around, but turns out it didn't really splatter all around and these were delicious!  I thought I would be able to eat quite a few but after two I was done for the night.

We all the the frying was pretty fun so we used the rest of the egg roll wrappers to make Crab Rangoons, minus the crab, so just wrapper and cream cheese. :)

I didn't make the dipping sauce.  We had peanut sauce in the fridge if we wanted it, but we didn't end up dipping them at all.
