1. I'm at the school today, working, because for some reason I couldn't get all my planning done this week, probably because I had 19 parent teacher conferences. They went well, but at the end, my head was pounding...stressful time for me, even with them going well.
2. The conferences are 15 minutes long and I've never had a problem staying in the 15 minutes, this year they all went longer than planned. I had a lot to say. Thankfully, I had flexible parents.
3. We have finished our bee unit and are now doing a unit on the town of Northbridge, which will study the history of Northbridge, and bring in mapping skills. Monday we are heading off on a historic walk of Whitinsville. Friday we are walking to the Post Office and a bank for tours.
4. Sam and I finished the current season on Downton. We didn't even know we were watching the last episode, so now nothing until the Christmas episode. It was a great season, even without Matthew.
