Lucy hasn't had a friend birthday since 1st grade, so this was the year. She invited 5 friends to sleep over. We did it at my parents' house and they were nice enough to go away for the night.
They played outside for hours, ate lots of food, and then came in. Lucy had picked out two movies (Ponyo and Spirited Away, both Japanese anime). They watched Ponyo, two girls left who weren't sleeping over.
At 11:30 I told them it was time for bed. They were asleep by midnight and didn't get up until 8! This is obviously a good age for a sleepover. After breakfast they left and we headed home.
Lucy thought it was the best party ever!
