Diet
So, we did two weeks of Atkins and I'm considering it a great jump start, but today I switched to the new WW, so we'll see how that goes. The nice thing about it is that it is now setting points based on carbs, fiber, protein, and fat, so things like eggs have dropped in points, whereas carbs have gone up. So I started my day with two fried eggs, like I have been doing with Atkins. I'm going to try to keep up the protein because I really think that helps with the feeling of fullness.
